USDA Agencies Host Open House at New Hope Location

Hope, Ark., Feb. 17, 2010 –The USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service, Farm Service Agency and Rural Development announced today they are inviting the public to attend an open house in their new office facility at 300 West Commerce Blvd. in Hope, Ark.  The open house will be held Monday, February 22, from 9 to 11 a.m., said Todd Sewell, district conservationist with NRCS in Hope. 

The missions of these agencies are to provide leadership in helping people help the land, give aid and support to farmers through the field office, and to increase economic opportunity and improve the quality of life in rural communities.
